(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic rebranding, revitalization and refresh service. – Exterior scope includes: • New signage installation to reflect the Aqua Dolce identity • Exterior surface preparation, repair, and repainting with updated brand–aligned finishes. The color standards document provided by agency provide pre–approved colors based on region, but we encourage the awarded design team to be creative on use of color to leverage what is approved with what goes well with a cohesive brand and guest experience. Please reference page 9 of the color standards that support 'Shores' region specific to location of this business within the park. • Refurbish existing associate gate at exterior of building – Interior renovations focus on enhancing operational efficiency and elevating the guest experience through: • Strategic relocation of existing equipment and integration of new equipment as required • Modifications to existing counters to support updated associate workflow and service models • Minor construction to reconfigure existing interior partitions for a new associate service counter • Installation of new track lighting to spotlight updated food and beverage offerings • Interior cleaning, patching, surface repairs, and a full repaint to return the space to a like–new finish (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2026.
