The State of Ohio is seeking a vendor to deliver comprehensive strategic rebranding, revitalization, and refresh services for a facility adopting the Aqua Dolce identity. The exterior scope includes the installation of new brand-aligned signage, preparation and repairs of exterior surfaces, and repainting using pre-approved regional color standards. While the guidelines encourage creativity within the approved palette, the objective is to strengthen both the cohesive brand and the overall guest experience. Refurbishment of the existing associate gate is also required.

Interior renovations are aimed at elevating operational efficiency and enhancing guest interactions. Services include the strategic relocation and integration of equipment, modifications to counters to accommodate updated workflow and service models, minor construction for reconfiguring partitions to create a new associate service counter, and the installation of new track lighting to highlight food and beverage offerings. Additionally, the project encompasses comprehensive cleaning, patching, surface repairs, and full repainting to ensure a like-new interior environment.
