A district in South Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive strategic planning services. The selected firm will be responsible for developing a strategic plan framework, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and conducting surveys and collaborative events in partnership with the district.

Key responsibilities include providing back-end analytics on the gathered data to inform a dynamic and effective strategic plan, assisting the district planning team with the formation of the plan and identifying its essential elements, and supporting the identification and prioritization of strategic priorities, challenges, and objectives. Additionally, the vendor will help identify core team members and ensure an inclusive and analytical approach throughout the planning process.

All services must be completed in collaboration with the district and finalized prior to the March 2027 deadline.
