(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning services.– Evaluate current brand, marketing, and messaging strategies.– Comprehensive plan to evaluate our current standing, define our future aspirations, and develop actionable strategies to achieve our goals.– Provide strategic planning services encompassing the following phases:– Conduct a comprehensive review of existing documentation (strategic plans, growth studies, attendance data, program evaluations).– Perform site and facility assessments, including infrastructure, animal habitats, and visitor services.– Analyze audience demographics, visitor behaviors, motivations, and satisfaction levels.– Assess governance, staffing, organizational capacity, volunteer programs, and education/outreach initiatives.– Conduct competitor analysis and assess market positioning.– Analyzing audience demographics, motivations, and behaviors to better understand our visitors.– Benchmarking our operations and offerings against similar attractions and industry trends.– Identify strategic priorities and scenario options (e.g., growth vs. constrained resources).– Branding and messaging strategies.– Provide conceptual renderings and design visuals to support fundraising, marketing, and community presentations.– Conduct public concept testing and incorporate feedback.(2) A Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 02, 2025.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2025.
