A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive strategic planning services, including facilitation of an onsite retreat for the board of directors and executive director. The consultant will lead the organization through a collaborative planning process to clarify organizational direction and establish actionable priorities, with an emphasis on implementation.

The scope includes development of a written strategic plan outlining mission, vision, values, strategic goals, and measurable objectives. Services also require facilitation of in-person retreats, pre-session interviews and surveys with key stakeholders such as board members, staff, and community partners, as well as review of prior strategic plans and organizational materials. Optional follow-up services may include organizational development, grant funding opportunities identification, and post-planning guidance to build organizational capacity.
