Vendor needs to provide strategic planning service. – Review documents and resources identified by Organization staff, including our prior Strategic Plan, programmatic priorities, and other key organizational documents – Guide the development of goals and outcomes development – Develop a refreshed mission, vision, and values statement that accounts for new strategic directions – Prepare and finalize a written strategic plan, providing space for Organization review and feedback – Work with senior leadership to build internal awareness, alignment, and buy–in across the organization – A practical planning framework that can serve as the basis for the team’s annual work planning process, ensuring the strategic plan is actionable – Organizational structure recommendations, including an organizational chart and analysis of staffing needs to support the new strategic direction
