A strategic planner is sought in Nebraska to assist with the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategic plan. The selected vendor will conduct research, facilitate input from elected officials, department heads, designated employees, and community members, and ensure robust stakeholder involvement throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include project management and administration, coordinating and facilitating stakeholder meetings, documenting meeting records, analyzing collected data, and conducting comprehensive plan reviews. The vendor will be tasked with drafting, refining, and presenting the strategic plan, as well as tracking, measuring, and reporting on the progress of the plan’s implementation.

Additionally, the vendor will create outreach and communication materials suitable for various platforms, including website-ready content. The strategic plan must clearly delineate objectives, priorities, action steps, benchmarks, and completion dates. The contract period is for one year. Questions regarding the project must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026.
