Vendor needs to provide strategic planning service. Strategic planner assist in the research, development, and implementation of a strategic plan. Include participation and input from elected officials, departments heads, designated employees, and the community. Includes: project management and administration; coordinating, facilitating, and record taking of stakeholder meetings; analysis of data collection; comprehensive reviews; drafting, refining, and presenting the strategic plan; tracking, measuring, and reporting on the success of the plan implementation. Providing outreach and communications materials, and providing ready materials for inclusion on the website. The plan will clearly identify objectives, priorities, action steps, benchmarks, and completion dates. The contract period will be for one year. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026.
