(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning facilitator services.– The contractor shall facilitate a phased strategic engagement designed to first establish a shared organizational vision at the executive leadership level and then expand that vision through engagement with agency management– Task 1: Planning and Preparation– Task 2: Executive Leadership Visioning Session– Task 3: Executive Leadership and Management Alignment Session– Task 4: Strategic Roadmap Development– Task 5: Final Presentation and Wrap Up (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
