This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide strategic planning facilitation services to support the development of a new 3–5-year strategic plan. The selected provider will be responsible for designing and facilitating workshops, engaging key stakeholders, and ensuring comprehensive pre-workshop preparation. They are expected to gather input prior to the workshops through data collection tools and stakeholder engagement methods.

The facilitator should develop and manage workshop agendas, processes, and materials for at least two strategic planning sessions. On-site facilitation is required to ensure productive discussions that align with organizational priorities, measurable outcomes, and success indicators. The contractor will also document workshop outcomes clearly and actionably, provide support for board preparation and publication of the strategic plan, and recommend indicators and timelines to achieve desired objectives with clear accountability.
