Vendor needs to provide strategic planning facilitation services. Consultants to facilitate strategic planning workshops to support the development of a five-year strategic plan. Provide experienced facilitation, support pre-workshop engagement, and document outcomes in a clear actionable format. Recommended methods to gather input and the tools and materials used to collect input. Creation of agendas, facilitation process, and participant materials for two workshops and recommended workshop length required to complete the objectives. Design and facilitate strategic planning workshops with Town Council, and the Senior Leadership Team to identity a new vision, mission, values, strategic priorities, and high-level outcomes. Research, collect and integrate findings and input from Town Council and the Senior Leadership Team. Facilitate, direct, and guide Council towards feasible and logical outcomes. Produce a summary of workshop findings and outcomes. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026.
