Vendor needs to provide strategic planning facilitation services. The Agency is accepting proposals from consultants with strong facilitation expertise to guide a meaningful, community-driven process toward our next five-year strategic plan. Agency is looking for someone who can create inclusive, culturally grounded, safe spaces and a participatory planning process that supports strong governance, sustainability, and future-focused leadership, engaging our Board, community members, and youth. The ideal consultant demonstrates a strong understanding of the realities of urban Indigenous communities, the work of Friendship Centers (FC), and how to gather feedback in a respectful and collaborative manner. Leading to transforming community voices into a clear, actionable, and visionary plan that is reflective of the priorities and aspirations of Friendship Centres. The contract period will be for five years.
