(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning consulting services.– Developing comprehensive strategic plans, student enrollment growth projections, and school improvement plans for the district.– Comprehensive written strategic plan, developed with stakeholder input, including measurable short and long–range goals, to guide the successful operation of the municipal school district.– Actively engaging parents and the wider community to support students and programs.– Providing a state–of–the–art learning environment, which often involves capital improvements and technology upgrades.– Recruiting and retaining knowledgeable, qualified, and caring staff.– Develop school improvement planning (SIP) processes to ensure that all school–level SIPs are coherently aligned with district’s goals and objectives.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
