A Tennessee municipal school district is seeking a consulting firm to provide strategic planning services aimed at advancing district operations and student success. The scope of work includes developing comprehensive strategic plans, projecting student enrollment growth, and creating school improvement plans that are closely aligned with district goals and objectives.

The selected consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to produce a detailed written strategic plan featuring measurable short- and long-range goals. Integral to the process is the active engagement of parents and the broader community to garner support for students and educational programs. Additional priorities include advising on ways to establish a state-of-the-art learning environment, which may encompass capital improvements and technology enhancements, as well as supporting the recruitment and retention of qualified staff.

The consultant will also be responsible for developing and supporting a coherent school improvement planning (SIP) framework to ensure that all school-level SIPs are in alignment with district-wide strategic objectives. The resulting partnership will help guide the successful operation and continuous improvement of the district for the duration of a five-year contract.
