(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning consulting services.– Engaging stakeholders to build consensus around the strategic plan.– Delivering a well–developed strategic plan designed to remain flexible throughout the process and approved by senior leadership.– Reevaluating existing key priorities and exploring new ones to effectively achieve organizational objectives.– Developing a comprehensive rollout and communication strategy.– Creating implementation plans that encompass the current state assessment, defined action steps, and anticipated outcomes.– Establish performance metrics aligned with strategic objectives and corresponding actions.– Conducting a post–implementation review to assess effectiveness and inform future planning.(2) The contract period will be for six years.
