The school district seeks a qualified vendor to provide strategic planning consultant services for the development of a district-wide comprehensive strategic plan. The consultant will assist in creating a plan that incorporates a new vision statement, mission statement, core values, strategic goals, objectives, cost-effective strategies, and performance indicators, with a five-year outlook.

Responsibilities include developing targeted surveys, planning and conducting public forums, and using various research tools to gather information regarding the district’s current state, needs, and desires. The vendor will facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions with parents, students, teachers, administrators, board members, and community members to obtain input and feedback. Additionally, the consultant will analyze data collected during these activities to inform the plan’s development.

The selected vendor will deliver a strategic plan that integrates the district’s mission, research-based results, guiding principles, goals, and objectives, as well as a transition and implementation plan for the district.
