(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning consultant services.– Development of a comprehensive five–year strategic plan that will guide the organization's growth, programming, and impact from 2026–2031.– Develop a comprehensive five–year strategic plan (2026–2031) for the agency – Conduct necessary research and assessment of the current state of agency – Engage stakeholders throughout the strategic planning process– Facilitate the development of strategic priorities and implementation framework– Produce a complete strategic plan document and supporting materials– Establishment of measurable outcomes, performance indicators, and evaluation methodologies to track progress toward strategic goals– Strategic plan document with complete content and structure (2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 24, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
