A Pennsylvania agency is seeking an experienced strategic planning consultant to guide the development of a comprehensive 3–5 year strategic plan. The selected consultant or agency will collaborate closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, staff, and other key stakeholders throughout the planning process.

Primary responsibilities include assessing the agency’s current organizational capacity, programs, and overall impact. The consultant will facilitate engagement sessions with constituents—including board members, staff, partners, funders, and others—and conduct an environmental scan and competitive analysis. Additional tasks involve reviewing the agency’s financial sustainability and identifying opportunities for revenue diversification.

The consultant will lead strategic visioning and goal-setting sessions, culminating in the creation of a robust strategic plan. This plan should encompass a review of mission, vision, and values; identification of strategic priorities; measurable objectives; and an actionable implementation timeline. A detailed budget and implementation framework must also be developed. Once finalized, the consultant will present the plan to the Board of Directors for approval.
