Vendor needs to provide strategic planning consultant service. Agency is requesting proposals from qualified strategic planning consultants to conduct a comprehensive and inclusive input process, co-develop strategic planning for agency, and implement monitoring and assessment. This strategic planning process will be a collaborative endeavor, ensuring that subject matter experts across the health department will have the opportunity to share their expertise to advance health and wellbeing for everyone, with a focus on health equity. The project requires the following workstreams: Review Strategic Planning Committee and determine documents to be gathered for department-wide assessment. Conduct the environmental scan. Design, adapt, or leverage existing framework for agency-wide identification of strategic issues and theme. Develop a strategic plan to capitalize on strengths, mitigate weaknesses, leverage opportunities, and address threats. Lead the development of the implementation workplan, providing guidance and recommendations on resource allocation, prioritization, and implementation strategies through an Implementation Plan. Monitor and Evaluate.
