Vendor needs to provide strategic planning consultant service. – Design and facilitate an inclusive strategic planning process that engages staff, board, community members, volunteers, and partners. – An effective internal administrative and organizational structure that aligns with current and future growth. – Recommendations for strengthening and/or updating our membership model, incorporating community input – or, at a minimum, incorporating our evolving membership model into all strategic planning activities. – Exploration and analysis of options for establishing a permanent home for Juntos, including the potential for a capital campaign. – Develop a final strategic plan document that includes actionable goals, strategies, and implementation steps and timelines.
