Following the session, the facilitator is responsible for delivering a comprehensive after-session report. This report will include a clear strategic plan roadmap outlining goals, timelines, actionable items, evaluation methodologies, leads, and key data sources for each objective. The report may also address additional items identified during the facilitation process. The contract for these services will be for a period of one year.
