The selected vendor will provide strategic planning and change management consulting services for the agency. Key responsibilities include facilitating an agile strategic planning process to refresh the organization’s Momentum Strategic Plan, engaging a wide range of stakeholders from Cabinet members to student leadership, and conducting an environmental scan along with a strategic alignment assessment.

The consultant will be tasked with developing updated institutional goals, objectives, and measurable performance indicators. Additional deliverables include providing tools and frameworks to facilitate the adoption and stewardship of the revised strategic plan, building an implementation roadmap with KPIs, and creating dashboard tools to support performance tracking and accountability. Detailed work plans indicating milestones and sequencing must also be provided. The intended contract period is one year.
