(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan update and stakeholder engagement services.– Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement framework that recognizes stakeholder unique characteristics and diversity, and utilizes various traditional and innovative engagement methods, including but not limited to in–person/remote interviews, focus/work groups, and online surveys/questionnaires– Compilation, Analysis, and Presentation of Stakeholder Feedback– Implemented stakeholder engagement framework– Engagement format outlines and agendas including type of feedback to be gathered– Grouping of stakeholder feedback by theme and presentation in various succinct and thorough formats including but not limited to text and graphics/visuals (2) A pre–bid conference will be held on December 15, 2025. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2025. (4) The contract period will be for one year.
