The scope includes analyzing existing organizational documents such as mandate letters, accountability agreements, and previous strategic plans, as well as scanning relevant provincial frameworks and guidance materials.
The selected vendor will engage internal and external stakeholders to gather insights regarding the current vision, mission, and network identity. The final deliverable will be a comprehensive, future-focused strategic plan, including revised vision and mission statements and a new organizational name, defining the role, priorities, and desired impact. Leadership approval processes will also be supported throughout the engagement. The contract period will be for one year.
