A qualified vendor is sought to provide facilitation and stakeholder engagement services in support of developing a 5-year strategic business plan for the Municipal and Regional Development Tax in British Columbia.

Responsibilities include designing and leading a variety of stakeholder engagement activities, such as in-person and virtual workshops, focus groups, interviews, and surveys tailored to distinct stakeholder groups. The scope of engagement will also encompass monthly roundtable discussions with stakeholders, one-on-one interviews with key decision-makers and community leaders, distribution of online surveys to residents and businesses, and organizing public open houses to share project progress and gather feedback. The successful vendor will also leverage interactive digital platforms to encourage ongoing stakeholder input and provide regular updates.

Vendors are encouraged to develop creative and effective approaches for inclusive engagement that will support the successful development of a comprehensive strategic plan.
