A school district in Washington seeks a qualified consultant to lead the facilitation and refresh of its strategic plan. The consultant will collaborate closely with the Superintendent and leadership team in order to gain a deep understanding of the district's culture, project parameters, and established key performance outcomes.

Core responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing existing community and staff feedback—such as notes from listening sessions, task force recommendations, and advisory team insights—to identify common themes. The consultant will facilitate engagement with both internal and external stakeholders, broadly socializing these themes, synthesizing feedback, identifying areas of priority, and ensuring all relevant perspectives are considered.

The ultimate objective is to develop a realistic and coherent set of goals and benchmarks that are well-aligned and "nested," providing clear priority for district initiatives over the next five to seven years.
