(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan process update services.– Compile existing data through community engagement in person and virtual options including surveys, town halls, focus groups, workshops, all levels of city staff, etc.– Assistance in reviewing and evaluating the current City’s Vision, Mission, and Values– Community engagement in person and virtual options including surveys, town halls, focus groups, workshops, etc.– Staff engagement at all levels of the organization– Strategic Goals that are broad, long–term aspirations that guide the City’s direction– Assistance in developing a detailed roadmap for us to achieve our goals, with attention paid to what resource allocation is necessary– Development and presentation of the Strategic Plan(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
