The City of Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to provide services for updating its strategic plan. The scope of work includes compiling and analyzing existing data through comprehensive community engagement efforts, utilizing both in-person and virtual methods such as surveys, town halls, focus groups, and workshops. Engaging with all levels of city staff is also an essential component of this process.

The selected vendor will assist in reviewing and evaluating the City's current Vision, Mission, and Values statements. Support is also required for developing strategic goals—broad, long-term aspirations that will guide the City’s future direction. The project entails creating a detailed roadmap to help the City achieve these goals, with particular attention to necessary resource allocation. Finally, the vendor will be responsible for the development and presentation of the updated Strategic Plan.

The anticipated contract period for these services is five years.
