An organization is seeking a qualified facilitator to lead its strategic planning process. The facilitator will be responsible for organizing and conducting sessions with a wide range of stakeholders, including on-campus faculty, staff, and students, as well as representatives from local, state, and federal government affairs.

The facilitator is expected to design engagement strategies utilizing multiple methods such as in-person meetings, virtual sessions, online forms, and other creative approaches to ensure broad participation, especially from groups that may traditionally be less involved. Consideration should be given to stakeholders who may face barriers to travel or have limited access to technology.

Key responsibilities include leading and summarizing listening sessions and engagement activities, and compiling feedback from diverse participant groups. The contract for these strategic plan facilitator services will be for a period of one year.
