The selected vendor will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategic plan and delivering a high-level blueprint for ongoing activities and processes. This plan will enable the agency to systematically coordinate and align resources and actions throughout its network, ensuring optimal operations and future growth.
Deliverables under this contract may include, but are not limited to, reports, graphics, videos, sound recordings, documents, presentations, and other related physical or electronic materials. The contract period is set for one year, during which the chosen firm will provide guidance and documentation to support the agency’s strategic objectives.
Best-fit vendors:
• Experience in strategic planning for public sector or large organizations
• Capability to produce diverse deliverables such as reports, graphics, and presentations
• Strong project management skills with one-year engagement experience
• Located in or familiar with Washington State
