A vendor is sought to provide strategic plan development services, working closely with the organization's senior management team. The scope of work includes a discovery and background phase to understand the organization's purpose, culture, and context, as well as the identification of materials relevant to strategic plan development.
The consultant will be required to design and facilitate key sessions, including an all-day staff session scheduled for April 24, 2026, and a board retreat comprising an evening session on October 27, 2026, and an all-day session on October 28, 2026.
