Responsibilities will include assessing the agency’s current vision, mission, goals, objectives, and performance metrics, and leading the agency through updates to all strategic elements, including metrics, milestones, and actionable processes for implementation and measurement.

The vendor will develop strategies and measurable actions to support implementation, as well as processes for tracking performance and achievement of priorities. Required deliverables include regular progress reports, meeting agendas and summaries, periodic updates, a strategic plan outline, draft, and final strategic plan documents.
