A Florida agency is seeking a qualified consultant to provide strategic planning consulting services aimed at updating its Strategic Plan. The consultant will be responsible for leading a comprehensive planning process that addresses current priorities, anticipates emerging challenges, and integrates community aspirations into actionable strategies.

Key tasks include developing a strategic planning document that clearly outlines focus areas, goals, and priorities to guide future budget appropriations and capital project planning. The consultant will be expected to define measurable benchmarks and deliverable actions to ensure progress can be systematically tracked. Progress will be monitored through established reporting mechanisms, such as annual progress matrices or status reports.

Stakeholder engagement is a critical component of this initiative. The selected consultant will conduct interviews with the Mayor, Commission members, and the agency Manager to identify key issues and shape the strategic planning process.
