An Ohio district is seeking a consulting firm with expertise in strategic planning and community engagement to develop a comprehensive strategic plan. The selected consultant will design and launch an engagement campaign that inspires enthusiasm and aspiration among all stakeholders.

The consultant is expected to provide a detailed summary of their approach, philosophy, and process for developing the strategic plan. This includes strategies to engage all district employees, and a proactive methodology for soliciting meaningful input from families, students, parents, caregivers, local businesses, civic leaders, and traditionally underrepresented groups. The scope of work requires specification of the number and types of community engagement sessions, utilizing a combination of in-person, virtual, town hall, and focused group meetings.

Additionally, the consultant will plan and facilitate three dedicated planning retreats with the Senior Leadership Team, scheduled for January, March, and May. The contract period will extend for two years.
