(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan consulting services.– The strategic planning consultant to launch an invigorated engagement campaign, radiating a palpable sense of enthusiasm and aspiration.– Provide a clear, detailed summary of the vendor’s approach, philosophy, and proposed process for developing the comprehensive strategic plan.– A specific strategy outlining how all district employees, across all roles and departments, will be included and engaged throughout the planning process.– A detailed methodology for proactively identifying, reaching, and soliciting meaningful input from all key stakeholders, including families, parents, caregivers, students, local businesses, civic leaders, and traditionally underrepresented community groups.– The number and type of community engagement sessions, specifying the mix of in–person, virtual, town hall, and focused group meetings.– Provide a proposed schedule and high–level agenda for three dedicated planning retreats with the SLT to be held in January, March, and May.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 11, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
