ESC Region 20 in Texas is seeking vendors to establish a strategic partnership for a Student Information System (SIS). The selected vendor will be required to safeguard all information and data provided by ESC-20, with strict prohibitions on selling or sharing data or mailing lists without express written consent from ESC-20 and appropriate compensation. Vendors must also comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, and provide an intellectual property agreement that protects the interests of both parties.

ESC-20 will consider alternate solutions, but reserves exclusive judgment in determining which proposals deliver the best value and meet minimum specifications. Services under this contract will be procured as needed and as funding permits. The contract may be awarded to one or multiple vendors and may be modified with significant changes or additions at the discretion of ESC-20. All delivery charges must be included in proposed pricing, and transfer or assignment of contracts is not permitted.
