(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic marketing services for homebuyer. – Vendor to plan and execute a paid digital campaign that targets potential homebuyers. – Proposals should outline a digital marketing campaign that offers a cost–effective, results–driven approach to increasing the number of homebuyers. – The campaign must align with agency’s strategy of tracking leads through the marketing funnel and reporting on loan conversions. – It should also level up creative graphics and storytelling, building on agency’s nationally recognized work, refining our approach, sharpening audience targeting, optimizing acquisition costs and ultimately taking results to the next level. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.
