Strategic Marketing, Content Creation and Video Production Services

The city is seeking a qualified vendor to provide strategic marketing, content creation, and video production services. The selected firm will support the city with marketing and communications strategy, media advisories, and crisis management across various channels.

Responsibilities include developing, designing, and publishing digital and printed collateral to share information and promote positive news, enhancing the city's image and brand identity, and managing media relations to generate favorable coverage. The scope of work covers content creation for marketing and communications, social media management and strategy, and development of digital graphics for city platforms.

The vendor must also provide Spanish and Korean translation services for both print and audiovisual content. Additionally, services include video production, photography, aerial imagery, and public information video packages such as PSAs, project updates, and meeting recordings to support city initiatives. Tasks also involve ongoing measurement and reporting using analytics dashboards, preparing media relations materials, and developing strategic public relations planning documents. Coordination of publicity for city-sponsored programs and events is also required.
