The agency seeks a vendor to conduct a comprehensive strategic marketing assessment, focused on lead generation and the development of a growth strategy for its educational programs, workshops, and flagship annual conference. The selected consultant will evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing efforts, audience development, lead generation, and the organization's brand positioning, as well as analyze the customer journey from awareness through to engagement, participation, and event attendance.
Key responsibilities include identifying barriers to enrollment and retention, assessing trends in audience engagement, and conducting competitive and market analyses to better understand industry benchmarks and audience preferences. The consultant will review historical data, existing marketing strategies, communication channels, and digital presence, including website, email, social media, and content strategies. An assessment of the current lead nurturing processes and organizational messaging will also be required.
The outcome of this engagement will involve strategic recommendations addressing strengths, weaknesses, risks, and growth opportunities. The consultant will provide a phased implementation roadmap, including measurable KPIs, performance benchmarks, and reporting structures. Additional recommendations will cover improvements to brand positioning, audience targeting, messaging, marketing channels, lead generation, and audience nurturing processes.
