(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic marketing and communications plan implementation services.– Collect, curate, and develop success stories from grantees, employers, and learners across all eight regions of Colorado.– Create a library of testimonials, quotes, and visual assets.– Develop regional one–pagers, presentation decks, and communications toolkits tailored for various audiences (e.g., local governments, educational partners, funders).– Conduct targeted media pitching to regional and national media outlets– Host briefings and presentations for key stakeholders, including local governments, funders, and educational partners– Create and share content across websites, newsletters, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 24, 2025.
