(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic marketing agency services.– Full–service strategic marketing agency to elevate the institution’s brand, strengthen recruitment marketing initiatives, and refine key messaging to better connect with priority audiences– Full range of services, including but not limited to: o Strategic marketing planning, guidance and recommendations o Campaign and brand strategy development and management o Market segmentation/audience analysis. o Advertising support and collateral production (creative conceptualization, writing, design, etc.); o Media planning and strategic consultation. o Digital, social and/or multi–media production. o Display/presentation production. o Project production and management; (2) The contract period will be for two years.
