The selected vendor will deliver strategic local media buying services, collaborating with the client's internal Marketing and Public Relations team. The agency will assist in planning and placing advertising campaigns with a primary focus on local traditional media outlets, integrating both digital and traditional channels as appropriate.

Key responsibilities include working closely with the in-house team to strategize and execute three major enrollment campaigns annually—fall, spring, and summer—as well as additional program- and event-specific marketing initiatives.
