(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic leadership programme services.– The residential component of the senior public service strategic leadership programme for senior level public servants.– The residential module will consist of two consecutive training days, two overnight accommodations and associated catering for eight cohorts of 24–28 senior level participants per cohort.– Provide the services for the initial call–off contract are still invited to tender as the multi–party framework.(2) The contract period will be for four years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 02, 2026.
