(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic IT modernization and infrastructure transition service. Provide services for Louisiana Economic Development (LED) related to the assessment, modernization, and optimization of its IT equipment and server infrastructure. Conduct a detailed IT survey and inventory of all current agency IT hardware, including workstations, laptops, video production systems, phones, tablets, printers, scanners, docking stations, monitors, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), networking equipment and software, servers, and server software. Reconfigure all existing and newly acquired user centric IT equipment and software, and implement approved software enhancements to support agency operations. Modernize and configure the full agency IT infrastructure, including Voice over IP (VOIP) systems. Transition the IT network and server infrastructure from the current OTS data center to a commercial data center within agency. Implement all required network and server hardware and software components required to ensure reliable, secure, and reliable IT service operations. Conduct a thorough evaluation of all existing agency IT technologies, including VOIP infrastructure, report findings and recommendations to agency IT Staff for further action. Configure all network equipment, servers, and workstations to utilize agency–approved security software and configurations. Provide ongoing network and VOIP IT support as requested by agency. Implement network and server software monitoring solutions to ensure the continued health, performance, and reliability of agency’s IT infrastructure. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 2, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
