The selected vendor will provide strategic implementation leads services to improve integration across Puget Sound ecosystem recovery initiatives. The goal is to maximize opportunities by leveraging federal, state, tribal, and local collaborations, particularly in relation to EPA Puget Sound awards, serving as a catalyst for transformative investments and planning decisions. Multi-benefit and cross-cutting investments are the desired outcomes.

Key responsibilities include recognizing and supporting the roles of all partners at various geographic scales, including transboundary coordination, in order to achieve priority outcomes. The provider will collaborate with Puget Sound Partnership staff to address barriers to implementation, identify and fund actionable items, and lead the development of long-term sequences of actions through Implementation Strategies. Emphasis will be placed on working with partners to secure sustainable support via ongoing programs.
