The organization seeks a vendor to deliver comprehensive strategic brand evolution and rebranding services. This initiative encompasses brand discovery and strategy, including in-depth stakeholder research involving members, staff, volunteers, board members, and partners. Key components include a brand equity assessment across diverse regions and segments, a thorough audit of existing materials and customer touchpoints, and a review of the competitive and peer landscape.
The project will also involve the development of a new brand architecture and positioning strategy, crafting a messaging framework that articulates mission, vision, values, and narrative, and evaluating naming options (retain, refine, or rename). Visual identity development will require logo refinement or redesign, the creation of a cohesive color palette, typography, iconography, and other graphic elements, as well as establishing brand standards and usage guidelines. Additionally, the vendor must design a co-branding system for sub-brands and programs, and coordinate with legal counsel to ensure trademark eligibility for any new brand assets.
Digital and communications asset deliverables include designing templates for both digital and print materials, integrating the brand across the organization’s website and social media channels, and orchestrating comprehensive internal and external launch communications. The vendor is also responsible for staff training and developing strategies to engage all relevant stakeholders throughout the rebranding process.
