The vendor will design and implement a robust stakeholder engagement process, support change management initiatives, conduct organizational and workforce capability assessments, and analyze agency budgets and ERP-related resource allocations.

Additional tasks comprise mapping ERP-related business capabilities across the agency and its partners, evaluating current technology architecture and integration opportunities, and delivering strategic analysis with actionable recommendations and executive summaries. Metrics, performance indicators, and non-prescriptive implementation paths will be recommended to ensure successful execution of the ERP strategy.
