The agency is seeking a vendor to develop and deliver a comprehensive strategic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Roadmap, positioning the organization for transformation and readiness to invest in and adopt next-generation ERP systems and services. The selected vendor will create a transformational roadmap aligned with business objectives, enabling informed decision-making, investment planning, and ongoing improvements to ERP-related services.
Responsibilities include providing context, justification, and options analysis for future ERP investments, assessing governance frameworks, workforce planning, budgeting, and technology systems to inform strategic direction. The vendor will design and implement a robust stakeholder engagement process, support change management initiatives, conduct organizational and workforce capability assessments, and analyze agency budgets and ERP-related resource allocations.
Additional tasks comprise mapping ERP-related business capabilities across the agency and its partners, evaluating current technology architecture and integration opportunities, and delivering strategic analysis with actionable recommendations and executive summaries. Metrics, performance indicators, and non-prescriptive implementation paths will be recommended to ensure successful execution of the ERP strategy.
