(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic enrollment planning consultant service.– Strategic enrollment planning (SEP) consultant to provide expert, institution–wide services supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive, multi–year strategic enrolment plan.– Developing a data–driven strategic enrollment plan that includes priorities, strategies, timelines, and responsible parties.– Conducting a comprehensive assessment of enrollment trends, student success outcomes, market conditions, and institutional capacity.– Analysis of enrollment trends, student success outcomes, market conditions, institutional capacity and processes.– Facilitated workshops, focus groups, interviews, and planning sessions with campus leadership.– Facilitating collaborative planning processes with key campus stakeholders.– Advising on implementation, monitoring progress, and recommending adjustments based on performance indicators.– Multi–year plan outlining strategies, initiatives, timelines, and responsible parties.– Defined KPIs, baseline data, enrollment projections, and performance targets.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026.
