(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic energy management support consulting services. • A strategy or system to drive the strategic energy management approach, measure results, and track progress across the commercial customer base. • A framework for and Energy Management Assessment (EMA) and a scoring system to effectively measure a customer’s current state and progress on strategic energy management that is transparent, clearly understood and yet adaptable for new and mature customers. • Development of strategic energy management plan • Recurring coaching to check in with customers on the progress of their action items, and other deliverables from the energy manager’s contract with agency. • Real time reporting of efforts spent on reviews, and coaching against allotted budget. • Guidance on developing policies, roadmaps. • Host and deliver sector specific networking sessions.
