(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic, economic, commercial and technical advisory services– The agency requires Strategic, Economic, Commercial and Technical advisory services to support the oversight and management– Analysis and verification of enhancement spend by the Concessionaire for each of the remaining years of the Agreements, and associated calculation/ verification of clawback amounts to accrue annually until contract termination.– Review of Concessionaire’s Annual Financial Statements– Other Strategic Economic and Commercial Advisory Services which might arise as required to support the agency– Quarterly Liaison Committee Meetings – advice and guidance regarding various matters concerning coordinated exit of parties from the concession arrangement.– Review of Quarterly KPI Reports – technical and financial review of the KPI Reports with accompanying recommendations for new KPIs, or for KPIs to be amended or deleted, to be agreed with the Concessionaire.– Review of Quarterly Management Accounts – audit of Concessionaire’s Quarterly Management Accounts and accompanying report.– Review of Concessionaire’s Financial Statements – audit and assessment of Concessionaire’s Annual Financial Statements
