(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic communications support partner services. • Provide strategic media relations guidance to the organization to strengthen the organization’s visibility and reputation and to advance the adoption and success of strategic initiatives • Perform media relations outreach as needed and appropriate to grow positive earned media coverage • Develop materials for earned media as needed and requested, including but not limited to press releases, message frameworks, interview prep materials, etc • Assess and measure reach/impact/value of earned media, and provide feedback to Health • Develop brand communications materials as needed and requested that align with Health strategic goals and that clearly drive message to target audiences • Capabilities in social and digital media, if needed, in support of a forward–facing communication (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2026.
