(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic communications services.– Consist of strategic communications including development of project specific based comprehensive communication strategies, public relations, and community outreach services including organizing and leading stakeholder meetings on an on–call/as–needed– Community & Stakeholder Engagement– Development of public education programs, communications planning, messaging, and strategy to highlight important City policies, initiatives and additional complex issues as they arise.– Consultant shall provide messaging support for the City’s communications and public relations– Strategic Counsel & Government Relations Support– Communications Planning & Media Relations– Provide media relations support, including strategy, message development, and training– Reports documenting outreach outcomes, media coverage, and recommendations.– Website and other social media updates.(2) A pre–qualification conference will be held on December 16, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 23, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
