Vendor needs to provide strategic communications, creative and website design, development, management and support service using Drupal content management system. • Provide strategic communications, creative design, and digital infrastructure service • Provide professional branding, graphic design, and creative services to produce cohesive collateral, digital assets, and visual identity elements that reflect standards and enhance industry engagement. • Drupal–based web design, development, and management services to optimize digital presence, support ongoing web operations, and enable measurable outcomes for sustainable growth. • Provide development, configuration, customization, and deployment of Drupal–based websites and components, including integrations, content migration, testing, and launch support • Configure, customize, and deploy Drupal core, contributed modules, and themes in accordance with university standards • Execute content migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and quality assurance • Provide user–centered, accessible, and brand–aligned design services, including UX strategy, visual design, and conversion–focused layouts informed by industry and competitor analysis • Integrate Drupal websites with required third–party systems and tools • Build custom Drupal components and templates based on approved designs • Support search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing–focused site optimization • Configure and report on web analytics, including performance and conversion insights • Deploy websites to production and provide launch and post–launch stabilization support.
