(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic communications and storytelling consultant services. • Assessing current marketing, communications, public relations, and event strategies, including processes, workflows, and outputs. • Benchmarking digital presence, media footprint, and brand positioning against peer and high–performing education or nonprofit organizations. • Identifying priority media outlets, platforms, and external stakeholders relevant to work. • Identifying compelling human–centered stories aligned to mission, academic outcomes, community impact, and long–term vision. • Translating qualitative insights into clear narrative themes, proof points, and story angles that can be deployed across audiences and channels. • Identifying strategic pillars (e.g., brand, enrollment, advocacy, staff engagement, fundraising) and clarifying how communications support each. • Developing a messaging architecture that includes core messages, audience–specific messages, and supporting proof points. • Developing a comprehensive annual communications plan that outlines messaging priorities, earned media strategy, digital content approach, events, and family/community communications.
