(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic communications and public relations services.– Strategic communications service to assist the Director and Management Team in devising effective communications strategies, including stakeholder engagement to support new initiatives.– Developing communications strategies for specific campaigns including but not limited to; Strategic plan launch; Campus Development plan; highlighting the impact of research projects and alumni.– Advising on advocacy and stakeholder engagement across government, policy and the wider community.– Our focus is on excellence in art, design, and visual culture at undergraduate and postgraduate level and in research.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 23, 2026.
